 For the boss I had the idea of a large, physically intimidating man. I looked up inspirations like the comic book character 'The Kingpin' from Spiderman:

I decided to hand draw the storyboard instead, it felt a lot quicker getting the ideas down. There are a couple of events in this story that are still open to slight tweaks and change, but for now this is the basic structure:
